Hello world,

     So today I am in an unusually happy/upbeat mood, although I guess it isn't all that unusual as I have been in this mood for awhile now. I guess I should start by introducing the person behind the computer screen, ey? Well, here goes, my name's Drue, I am 16 years old, and am currently on summer holidays. I AM CANADIAN!! (You know, like those commercials?... no? Okay then, continue!) I am going into grade 11 come September, and although most kids my age despise the start of school as their summers would be over and we are thrust back into the world of a shit load of homework, drama, ass crack teachers, and of course, crappy weather. I, on the other hand, am extremely excited! I love school, or at the very least I like being at school more than being bored shitless at home.

    I'm all over the place here, sorry. Um, today, I have a Sweet Sixteen birthday party to go to, I'm not exactly looking forward to it, but I've been friends with *Alison forever now, and I think I owe it to her. Yesterday I went with my best friend *Kelly to pick up her gift from the shops. Nothing special, just a couple of rings, and a Warm Vanilla Sugar body set from Bath and Bodyworks. Honestly, I hope she likes it, I mean it's not like anything bad would happen if she didn't but, if I'm being 100% with myself, I'm not the best gift chooser, not even second best... anyhow, that's it for today, see you tomorrow!
